I welcome custom orders and have worked with many people to create just what they needed or dreamed of! There will be a Customization charge if I need to spend more than an hour of extra time with emailing or shopping for your particular fabrics.
MOST ITEMS CAN BE PERSONALIZED WITH EMBROIDERED NAMES OR INITIALS for a fee. If you don't see the listing for what you want PLEASE ASK!

Be sure to look at size charts for each item you order they do vary with the item. Some of my clothing is from vintage patterns that do run smaller. I DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS IF YOU ORDER THE WRONG SIZE. I ONLY ACCEPT A RETURN/EXCHANGE IF I made a mistake and made an item different from the size chart specifications for the size you ordered.

ALL my fabrics are pre-washed and PRESHRUNK except for dry clean only fabrics. However, Most Cottons need to be washed in cold water and a gentle cycle. If it has vintage laces, I highly recommend line drying. Care tags are attached to clothing items.
Knitted items need to be HAND WASHED---I recommend Eucalan or some other wool wash with lanolin to keep it soft. DO NOT PUT WOOL IN DRYER AS MOST OF IT WILL FELT/SHRINK unless I have told you differently in writing.

All orders shipped in envelopes, ie Flat Rate Priority are enclosed in ziploc type plastic to prevent moisture from reaching them. If it ships in an envelope it will likely need ironing before wearing as I use cottons and natural fibers which do tend to wrinkle when folded up! :D

BOXES USED FOR MAD HATTER OR LARGE ORDERS: I use recycled boxes and packing as much as possible for environmental reasons.
